The combat feels very weird, but not too bad in boss fights, but the stages.oh my, can someone tell me if it's worth to keep playing? Because the visuals don't seem to hold my attention in this repetetive fashion. The beginning of the game was so beatiful and the pasting between exploration and fighting very well done.then I met the dwars, who ran from me, dozens of copied dwarfs, that then all together charge at me, while I axe em down with hitboxes from hell, and no sense of hitting an enemy. I like the music and voice acting, the visuals are sometimes good, sometimes outstanding, sometimes absolutely boring and horrible.two examples for horrible and boring: the lava world with the rock throwing guys, there is nothing pleasing to look at, then the ice world where you first can walk over a bridge to see the whole lever - this made me quit the game for the time being, because all I saw was endlessly copy+pasted assets, on a boring environment where every pixel looks the same. I just like talking about dark souls, thats all. Nonetheless you have a point, certainly, and im not arguing, i just wanted to contribute to the discussion, and i dont mind games where i have to actually dodge it either. It would seem that actually dodging the attack is the point of the roll, but the fine mechanics of the game beg to differ. Jotun Valhalla Edition para Nintendo Switch es el mismo juego que Thunder Lotus Games lanzó hace casi dos años en PS4, Xbox One y PC, sin ningún añadido ni extra nuevo. Well, the point of dodge in the souls games is to increase the skillcap, by introducing a mechanic that requires practice and concenctration the skill ceiling rises. As soon as I start this game everything works exept the controller. I tried the controller with dfferent games but they all work just fine. I have a MacBook Pro 2012 and the latest version of steam and the controller software. As nice as Demon's and Dark Souls are(which I've played on PS3 but have not gotten the others yet), I like that this game forces you to actually dodge the attacks since the whole being able to not take damage from an attack that so obviously hit you, just because you were rolling at the time kind of goes against some of what they were going for in those games. Steam Controller I just can't get the Steam Controller to work in this game. You have to actually find the way there since you hadn't been there yet.Īnd I really like that the roll in this does not have i-frames.
